Privacy Policy for PDFCraft

This Privacy Policy explains how PDFCraft ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. PDFCraft is a PDF viewing and editing app developed by Dusadee Weerawan. PDFCraft works entirely on your device: it does not require an account, does not upload your PDF files or their contents to any server, and does not have its own analytics or tracking system. The only outside service the app connects to is Google AdMob, which serves the ads you see in the app.

1. Information we do not collect

• We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
• We do not upload, store, or have access to the PDF files you open, create, or edit. All editing happens locally on your device.
• We do not read, scan, or analyze the content of your PDF files.
• We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information collected through advertising (Google AdMob)

PDFCraft shows banner ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). To display ads, measure ad performance, personalize ads, and help prevent fraud, Google's advertising technology may collect information from your device, which can include:

• Your advertising ID (or a similar device identifier)
• IP address
• Device information (such as device model and operating system version)
• General app activity related to ad display and interaction

This information is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly. Google's use of this information is governed by its own policies:

• How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services

You can review or adjust your ad personalization settings at Google Ads Settings, and on Android you can reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your device's system settings.

3. Information stored locally on your device

PDFCraft keeps a short list of recently opened files on your device so you can quickly reopen them. This list is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

4. File and storage permissions

PDFCraft may request permission to access files on your device (for example, to open a PDF, save your edits, export a file, or let you print). These permissions are used only to carry out the action you asked for — such as opening the file you selected or saving the file you're working on — and files are never sent off your device by the app itself. If you use the app's own "Share" or "Print" features, the file is handed directly to the app or service you chose (for example, your device's share sheet or a printer), the same way it would be from any other app.

5. Children's privacy

PDFCraft is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us using the information below so we can address it.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
